Join us for Lil’ Krishna Kidz Fest – 2027, a joyful and creative celebration designed especially for kids and families! Taking place on May <>, 2027, at the Pleasanton Senior Center, this family-friendly fest brings together fun, learning, and cultural expression in a warm community setting.

Contests' Details

Please find below the details of all the contests offered in the event.

• Coloring (3-5 years)

Time Limit: 30 mins

Challenge: Color Krishna stories based coloring page. Coloring pages will be provided. Bring your own coloring pencils. Only Crayons allowed.

• Fancy Dress (3-5 years)

Time Limit: 1 min

Challenge: Dress as any of the characters from Krishna Stories, come on stage and introduce yourself with your name and name of the character as dressed. Judging will be done based on the chosen costume only.

• Art Contest (6-8 years & 9-12 years)

Time Limit: 30 mins

Challenge: ONLY ONE out of these three themes will be given for the contest. Drawing sheets will be provided. Please bring your own drawing and coloring pencils. ONLY Coloring pencils allowed, NOT other coloring materials are allowed.

• ​6-8 years

  • Butter Pot

  • Govardhan Hill

  • Aghasura

• 9-12 years

  • Krishna lifting Govardhan

  • Krishna Stealing butter

  • Krishna being tied to mortar

• Lego Contest (6-8 years & 9-12 years)

Time Limit: 30 mins

Challenge: The contestants have to build one of the following themes with Lego bricks. Lego bricks will be provided. One theme out of the three will be given on the spot.

• 6-8 years

  • Govardhan

  • Krishna's Flute

  • Mortar

• 9-12 years

  • Dwaraka Palace

  • Cowshed

  • Bullock cart

• Talent Show (6-8 years and 9-12 years)

Time Limit: 2 mins

Challenge: Perform ONLY ONE of the following:

• Perform a dance based on any of the Krishna Stories (please send music to lilkrishnakidz@gmail.com by May 12th)

• Sing a Bhajan based on Lord Krishna

• Tell a story or Enact a skit based on Krishna stories

Participate as a solo performer or in a group of 2 to 3 kids.

Please email your group name and contestants' name by May 12, 2027.

• Krishna Quiz (7-15 years)

Challenge: Written Quiz based on Krishna stories will be conducted among the participants individually for screening.

After selection of certain number of kids as per the written screening, the teams will be chosen to participate in the Quiz contest on stage.
